The Cove is a fully furnished home; All Utilities (including WiFi), Green Pest Control Service from Northwest Pest Control, and Garbage Pickup included. The Cove is located in the heart of East Cobb in the highly sought-after Walton High School, Dickerson Middle School, and Sope Creek Elementary School district. Don't hesitate to contact us for lease terms. Note: We will accept up to two small dogs only, no cats or other animals. No other pets, no exceptions. All leases will be via bookings on Airbnb. There is no subletting or renting out any room or space on any short-term rental site, such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. The lease term is for six months only for qualified tenants. There is a NO Weapons, NO Smoking, NO Drugs, NO Candle Burning, and NO Vaping policy inside and outside the home and anywhere on the property. Up to two small dogs only. No other pets, no exceptions.
