The studio has what you need for a short-to-long stay, including furniture, bedding and towels, use of washer-dryer and a functional kitchenette for simple cooking. Kitchen counter has microwave, sink, electric kettle, and a two-burner electric hot plate. Under-counter refrigerator. Dishes, cutlery, utensils. The shower is luxurious with on-demand hot water and good pressure.
Neighborhood is highly walkable, diverse, trendy. Walk to Burma Superstar on Telegraph Ave. Check out Cholita Linda and La Calaca Loca, the Temescal farmers market on Sundays, Betty's Bakery, the heated, outdoor Temescal Pool on 45th Street, Peet's, Whole Foods.
