The waterfall feature is out of service. No parties or large gatherings are allowed; only registered guests are permitted. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Smoking outdoors is permitted, and cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. The pool is not heated and is professionally serviced twice a week during summer and once a week the rest of the year. Landscaping is done once a week. Security cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund and loss of any security deposit.
