This spacious 1200sqft apartment sits in a great location within minutes of BJC, Children's, and St. Louis Univerisity hospitals.… We just completed a full renovation of the apartment so everything is still new. Arco Ave is a quiet street full of trees with quiet and friendly neighbors who will make it a safe place to live. There's tons of closet space in both bedrooms for all your things. The back bedroom has a door leading out into the fenced-in backyard (great for pets). We have string lights up, a fireplace and a BBQ grill that can all be used. The entire backyard is fenced-in, so it's great for pets.
The neighborhood is close proximity to public transport, shops, and restaurants which is what make this apartment so great. You're just a quick walk from St. Louis's best restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. On top of this, you'll be just about 5 min from Forest Park and everything it has to offer. Most major events held in Saint Louis are on the nearby Manchester street or in Forest Park, making for great access to entertainment when there's time for it.
Pets are welcome. This apartment is great for two people traveling together as there are separate bedrooms or anyone who just wants a little more space for an office.
