Property Access: The owner reserves the right to access the property with 24 hours' notice for inspections, repairs, or showings. In case of emergency, immediate access without notice is permitted. 10. Insurance: Renters are strongly recommended to obtain renter's insurance to protect their personal belongings. Owners are not legally responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs on the property. 11. Respect for Neighbors: Renters must be respectful of other residents in the building. No loud noises, loud parties, or disturbances are allowed, particularly during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Violation of this policy may result in penalties and potential eviction. 12. Compliance with Laws: Renters must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction.
