This lease is for a well-maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium located in Wilmington, NC, offering approximately 1,075 square feet of living space. The lease includes one assigned parking space and one visitor parking pass. **Security Deposit $1,500, due prior to move-in. **Pet Policy Cats and small dogs only. Large-breed dogs are not permitted. A $250 pet deposit is required. Tenants are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damage caused by their pets during the lease term. **Utilities Water is included through the HOA and is paid by the owner. The property must be clean and presentable, and any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be repaired at the tenant's expense and may be deducted from the security deposit.
