Lease Duration: One year with option to go month to month after such time. Six month lease will be considered on a case by case basis and for specific reasons. Tenant Responsibilities: We ask that our tenant maintain the mowing of the grass inside the fenced area around the house. Landlord will take care of the remaining five acres, clearing fence rows, clearing trees that have fallen, etc. Utilities: Electric provided by First Electric Cooperatives; Water & Trash provided by MidArkansas Utilities; Home is on a septic system so the number of individuals living in the house is important. Ideally no more than two adults and two- three kids. High speed internet is available through a few different service providers- I believe Suddenlink, Optimum and Brightspeed.
