Notice will be given if possible. Cameras if present, are placed for exterior of property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present. If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts... Our expectation is for the home to be returned to us in the condition in which you found it. Groundskeeping Please be aware that we regularly maintain the grounds and utilities of this property, and though we make every effort to provide advance notice, service times often vary; this may include noise disturbances such as lawn mowing, irrigation, and pool/spa maintenance (if present at this property). Do not obstruct or otherwise hinder team members, and take special care to supervise pets during the course of service.
