This expansive 150 m (approximately 1500 sq ft) accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 private balconies, perfect for families and groups. This unique layout combines a 1-Bedroom Suite and a Junior Suite, connected via a private shared foyer for seamless access. It features 2 sleeping areas, each with a king bed, and 2 full-size sofa sleepers. The suites boast 3 full bathrooms, 2 private balconies, a full kitchen with a 4-burner stove, oven, full refrigerator, and dishwasher, and an additional kitchenette with a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, and mini-fridge. A washer and dryer are included in the 1-bedroom suite, and a dedicated workspace with a desk is available in the Junior Suite. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the resort. Two complimentary Lapis Spa passes are included per room for the duration of your stay (for guests 18+). Full access to Fontainebleau's pools, beach, gym, and resort amenities is provided. Valet parking is available through the hotel for an additional charge, with rates varying by season. A Pack 'n Play is provided in the suite for convenience. An inflatable mattress set-up is available upon request for $50 per stay, requiring advance reservation. Conveniently located on 44th & Collins Ave, this suite is steps away from all the South Beach action. It's also near the world-famous Aventura Mall, Wynwood Art District, and Design District. The hotel is currently experiencing elevator delays due to maintenance, which may result in longer wait times during peak hours. Arrivals between 7:01 PM 6:59 AM are subject to an additional $75 after-hours hotel check-in fee per room. Guests must authorize a credit card for housekeeping and resort incidentals. The hotel will place a $250 hold per night per room on your credit card, which will be refunded upon checking out. This is a separate cost from the room, i.e. room service, drinks at the pool, etc. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for a service fee with 24-hour advance notice.
