The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner stovetop, sink, microwave, and mini fridge. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort. Two complimentary Lapis Spa passes are included per room for the duration of your stay (for guests 18+). Full access to Fontainebleau pools, beach, gym, and resort amenities is provided. Valet parking is available through the hotel for an additional charge, with rates varying by season. An inflatable mattress set-up is available upon request for $50 per stay. Conveniently located at 44th & Collins Ave, this suite is steps away from the South Beach action and near the Aventura Mall, Wynwood Art District, and Design District. The hotel is currently experiencing elevator delays due to maintenance, which may result in longer wait times during peak hours. Guests are required to complete pre-registration prior to arrival. A mandatory hotel resort fee of $16.52 plus applicable tax is charged at check-in per room. An after-hours hotel check-in fee of $75 per room applies for arrivals between 7:01 PM and 6:59 AM. Check-in time is between 4 PM and 5 PM. If the room is not ready before then, you may check into the hotel and use all amenities until your room is ready. The hotel will hold your bags at bell hop services and message you once you can check into your suite. Some amenities may or may not be available due to city ordinances.
