This apartment offers a stunning interior space and a large outdoor balcony. This 1-bedroom apartment spans approximately 1000 sq. ft. and features a separate private bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs. A rollaway bed and/or crib can be rented upon request for an additional $60 per night or a maximum of $200 + tax each (if renting for 5 nights or more). Situated in the opulent Tresor tower at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach, this apartment offers a prime location with ocean views. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, depending on housekeeping turnover. Late check-ins will not be grounds for disputes. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, with the possibility of a late check-out depending on availability. There is a $150 late check-out fee that is pre-authorized on your credit card; this pre-authorization will expire automatically within 7 days with no charges applied if you check out on time. Please be aware that the hotel is currently addressing an elevator situation that may cause intermittent delays. All rooms are operated by the hotel, and they are responsible for housekeeping, check-in time, room maintenance, and any other issues that may arise during your stay. Weekends might require a 3 or 4-night minimum stay, and holidays will require a certain number of nights minimum stay depending on the holiday. Cancellations made for any reason such as sickness, inclement weather, flight delays, or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund; travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300. Parties are not allowed, and violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300.
