Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. A $100 fee per hour applies for late check-outs. This is a historic brownstone building accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator. For your safety, the building has security cameras in common hallways and noise monitoring devices in the unit. There are no cameras in any private spaces. All guests must complete a pre-arrival verification, including a valid ID and selfie. The primary guest must be 21 or older. A refundable pre-authorization hold is required before check-in, with the amount varying based on the length of stay. Consumed items from the in-room selection of convenience items will be charged at check-out. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies for extended stays. Mid-stay cleanings can be arranged for a fee. Undeclared guests will incur a $150 charge per person. There is a small $7.50 fee for our Community Safety Charge. Any felonies or misdemeanors on your background may result in denied access. Pets are welcome with a daily pet fee of $30 per pet, up to a maximum of 15 days, capped at $150 per pet for stays of 15 days or more. Up to 2 pets are allowed per booking. Certain dog breeds are restricted. Pets are not permitted in public gathering areas and should not be left unattended in the guest room. Guests are responsible for any damages or noise complaints caused by their pet. Pets must be kept on a leash when in the house or on the property unless they are in the guest's room. Service animals are welcome at no charge or hold if registered with the city. The host is not responsible for power, water, gas, or Internet outages.
