gated entry - secure and secluded There is lots of closet space and spaces for books, television, cd and speakers built in. The deck adjoins the dining room and living room with expansive City and Bay views. Indoor space about 600 sf. Hot water, heating and laundry facilities steps away are included in the rent so you only pay electricity for lights and gas for the stove. You do need to walk down from the street through a private walkway to get to the unit so you should like some exercise but there is consequently no street or other noise, except for the birds, and security is excellent by reason of there being only one gated entry and no other way in. No parking but on street cul de sac parking essentially used by building residents is present with only two buildings on the street and the other has a garage. If you want rental parking is available within a half block in another building. Pets ok; $50/month per dog; $25 per cat. Unfortunately only photos include furnishings of a tenant a few years ago because occupied continuously since.
