The wood stove is non-functional. The home comfortably sleeps six, with two small bedrooms with twin beds, a loft bedroom with a queen bed (no sound privacy), and an additional queen bed in the living room. The property is located directly across the street from the parking lot, with a short path down a slope and across a bridge over Freeman Brook, and is just a five-minute drive to Sugarbush at Lincoln Peak, with easy walking access to the Pitcher Inn, Warren Store, and the center of Warren Village. Internet is included. Gas and electric are paid by the tenant, with estimated combined monthly costs of $500-$800.
