The Boathouse is located directly on Kanehoe Bay and just a short drive to Kailua Beach. At roughly 600 sq ft, this new Cottage is spacious modern, and clean. It is located in one of the most desirable locations in the Hawaiian Islands, Kaneohe Bay! An easy 5-10 minute drive to Kailua Beach. Private residence at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with two friendly small dogs on property. The all new construction features stone floors, quartz countertops. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster, two burner hot plate, dishes and cutlery. There is a King size bed. Outside there is a gas BBQ and a hot outdoor shower. High speed wireless Internet and basic cable TV are provided. There is a shared laundry center. The tropical Tradewinds are cool and refreshing, but for those who prefer air conditioning, that's also available. You may want to stock up on fresh produce at the local farmers market (offered 3 times per week). Once you return to your home away from home, rinse off in the hot outdoor shower, hang your wet things out to dry and perhaps take a nice nap before heading out to the charming towns. You'll find many restaurants to choose from in all price ranges. If you choose to venture out to explore, Kaneohe and Kailua are the perfect get-anywhere location. The island of Oahu is only 40 miles tip-to-tip, so you can explore it all quite easily. Honolulu and Waikiki are just a half-hour away. As your on-site hosts, we will help you discover and enjoy our beautiful island. Owners live on site and we are happy to help you with any questions and to provide you with our local knowledge. We have two friendly dog's on-site. They do not have access to your space. We welcome you to come stay and enjoy all the wonderful delights that Hawaii and Kaneohe have to offer! This home is located in a quiet, waterfront neighborhood. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING Household, both inside and around the home. This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for period of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time regardless of actual occupancy. Local State taxes apply for stays less than 180 days.
