All rooms are operated by the hotel, and the booking intermediary handles only the reservation. Housekeeping, check-in time, and room maintenance are the hotel's responsibility. Minimum stay requirements may apply on weekends and holidays. Cancellations for any reason will not warrant a refund; travel insurance is recommended. The primary renter must be 21 years or older. Occupancy limits must not be exceeded, with a charge of $50 per night/per unregistered guest. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, with a $300 fine for violation.
