3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse for rent.… Has two floors, 1600 sqft total as well as an unfinished basement and detached 2 car garage with a small backyard. Will be available August 1st after furniture is removed and house is cleaned. Has an open floor plan with lots of bright light, hardwood downstairs and carpet upstairs. There is a washer and dryer in house. The neighborhood is safe with ample street parking, a coffee shop across the street and very short drive to Barnes Jewish Hospital (5 minutes) or St. Louis University Hospital (10 minutes). Also walking distance to restaurants and stores in Central West End. Renters will pay for electricity and internet, I will pay for gas, water and garbage/sewage. I will also hire lawn mowers bi-weekly who will need to be let into the backyard. Pets are allowed but will require $50/month pet rent, I just ask that the renters take care of my house so I can move back in the future without much damage. Would prefer a one year lease but negotiable to shorter durations. Will require a leasing contract to be signed.
