All individuals over the age of 18 MUST fill out a separate application if they will be living on the property. 2. Applications will not be considered until every applicant has filled out, e-signed, and paid for their application. 3. A credit score of at least 650 is required. With at least 3 years of positive credit history: No past due, collections or judgments.
