Love this quirky little area! The inset to the right of the bathroom was originally where a rotary telephone once lived. We loved it and kept.
We loved this original tile on the bathroom floor and walls, so when we replumbed the entire building we took down the back bedroom wall, replumbed the bathroom and then drywalled a new bedroom wall.
We take your safety and those of all the tenants in our buildings very seriously. That's why we do reference checks and have things like fire extinguishers and emergency lighting in our buildings.

Terrific, totally renovated, 2-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a 4-plex.… Both bedrooms are large, and the closet space is equal in size making it a perfect space for two roommates or for those who need a bit more room. Beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and ceramic tile flooring. Large living room and dining area w hardwood flooring. Painted in classic shades of museum grey and linen white. Large deck with electrical outlets for party lights and an outdoor faucet for ease in watering your summer plants. Central air and central heating. Coin op W/D and additional secure storage in basement. Plenty of parking in back. No smoking; no pets. $1625.00 per month plus utilities. I do a criminal and credit check on each of my tenants before agreeing to rent. I also check work and housing references. The nonrefundable cost of this is $250 for one person and $325 for two people.
