Small but efficient kitchen . Comes with a stove, fridge and dishwasher. The door opens in to the internal enclosed back stairwell.

We are very concerned about safety and security. That's why we do criminal checks on all of our tenants. Each unit has a smoke detector and the hallways also have emergency lighting.

This is a good view of the deck for this apartment. We installed outdoor faucets so you could easily water your container plants and electrical outlets for party lights. The decks are sturdy and made of trex flooring

Tenants pay for all of their own utilities: gas, water, electric and garbage pickup. Owners take care of lawn maintenance. NO snow removal provided by owners. One year lease. Owner will notify you 60 days prior to the expiration of your lease to give you an opportunity to renew the lease for an additional year. This will occur every year. Beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and ceramic tile flooring. Large living room and dining area w hardwood flooring. Painted in classic shades of museum grey and linen white. Large deck with electrical outlets for party lights and an outdoor faucet for ease in watering your summer plants. Central air and central heating. Coin op W/D and additional secure storage in basement. Plenty of parking in back. No smoking; no pets. $1595.00 per month plus utilities. I do a criminal and credit check on each of my tenants before agreeing to rent. I also check work and housing references. The keys to the unit are professionally changed for each new tenant. The nonrefundable cost of this is $250 for one person and $325 for two people.
