Lease Terms & Property Information Property: 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Home Yucca Valley, CA Lease Term Minimum lease term of 6 months. Month-to-month tenancy may be available after the initial lease term, subject to owner approval. Longer lease terms are welcome. Rent Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is provided through the 3rd. Rent received after the 3rd is considered late and may be subject to late fees as outlined in the lease agreement. All rent must be paid through the approved payment method. Security Deposit Security deposit required before move-in. Deposit amount will be outlined in the lease agreement. Utilities Tenant is responsible for setting up and maintaining internet service prior to or upon move-in. All other utility responsibilities will be outlined in the lease agreement. Pets Pets may be considered with owner approval. All pets must be disclosed, approved in writing, and applicable pet fees paid before move-in. Bringing an unauthorized pet onto the property is a lease violation. Occupancy Ideal for remote workers, couples, traveling professionals, military personnel, or friends sharing a home. Maximum occupancy must comply with local regulations and lease terms. Property Care Tenant agrees to keep the property clean and in good condition. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear is the tenant's responsibility. No smoking inside the home. Military Discount Military discounts are available.
