Property Rules & Utilities Yard Maintenance & Smoking Policy Yard Care: Renters are responsible for all routine maintenance of the yard. Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking outside is permitted, provided that cigarette butts are disposed of properly and not thrown in the yard. Utilities & Expected Costs Water: There is no water bill for this property. Electricity: Power bills average around 180** per month, but can increase to approximately 230** during particularly cold winter months. Propane: The tankless water heater and oven both run on propane. The gas tank will be filled prior to move-in, and tenants are required to refill it to that same level upon moving out. Note: The propane tank typically only needs to be filled once a year, costing around 400**.* Included Appliances A refrigerator and stove/oven are included with the property. Please note that there is **no warranty** provided on these appliances. Lease Terms Renters are required to sign a one-year lease agreement. Pets are welcome. With a 200 deposit. Can talk on more.
