Pets: 2 pet maximum unless otherwise approved by the owner. Fees: A $75.00 Credit/Background Check Fee per adult. Applicant Acknowledgment: By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the landlord's tenant selection criteria. The tenant selection criteria may include factors such as criminal history, credit history, current income, and rental history.
