Here's what we're looking for: People who like being in the country, close to nature. That means enjoying long green grass, oak trees, squirrels, deer, turkeys, bugs, pollen, warm summers and cool winters. Coyotes howling at night, peace and quiet during the day. People who have drama-free lives and want a stable and safe place to call home. I live here (I'm the manager) with my family (with 2 elementary age kids and a dog, as well as another tenant) and I'm looking for people who will fit well with this setup without drama or lots of commotion. Kids are ok, well-behaved quiet dogs or cats may be ok. Also, preference will be given to a good applicant who also has some handyman skills; building, basic outdoor labor and repair, etc. If it's a good fit and the work is good, I would like the tenant to help around the property and will make $200-400 extra dollars a month pocket money.
