This property is part of a duplex residence with shared and adjacent spaces. While each unit is separate, tenants should expect reasonable interaction and coordination with neighboring occupants regarding shared areas and property-related matters. The garage is a shared space, and parking areas require cooperative use due to limited maneuvering room for multiple vehicles. Tenants are expected to park considerately and maintain clear access for all occupants. Certain utilities, systems, and property features may serve or affect both units of the duplex. Tenants agree to communicate respectfully and reasonably with neighboring occupants regarding maintenance needs, scheduling, access, noise concerns, parking coordination, trash collection, or other shared-property matters. Tenants acknowledge that the property does not provide complete privacy comparable to a detached single-family residence, and agree to use shared areas in a courteous and cooperative manner. There is no smoking permitted in the house. What you do outside in the yard is your business as long as it does not disrupt neighbors. Lease is expected for a 12 month term but can be extended if desired. Our hope is to have a long-term tenant who gets along with neighbors and is respectful to those that have lived in the neighborhood for generations.
