About the Room and Home: - Private bedroom in a shared apartment - Shared bathroom and common living spaces - Quiet, clean, and relaxed environment - 1 off street parking spot. We coordinate switching as needed. - Gated complex, offers on-site laundry. Additional details: No pets, No smoking inside $63 app fee per adult living in the unit The building management pays water, sewer, trash. Tenant responsible for all other utilities $100-150 per tenant per month. Month to month lease.
