Access to shared amenities within Solterra Resort includes a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, and sports courts. This home is pet-friendly, with a written notification from the guest and approval by the host required for up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs), a pet fee and $150 security deposit applied. Propane for the BBQ grill is provided by the guests.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a coffee maker. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
