The architects chose a tasteful blend of modern design and charming historic St. Louis appeal. Enjoy rich hard wood floors and a spacious living/dining room setup.
Each apartment comes with in-unit washer/dryer. Plenty of street parking is available. A spacious unfinished basement provides tenants with all the extra storage needs they might have. Water, sewer, and trash are pro-rated between residents. Gas and electric are paid by the tenant (Gas furnace for heat on the first floor and electric furnace for heat on the second floor. Electric water heater & stove in both 1st and 2nd floor. Cooling provided by an electric window-unit). Solar panels should reduce electrical cost. Internet/cable services not included in rent. You can choose whichever provider you prefer. Security deposit is one month's rent minus a lease administration fee of $175.
Pet policy: Dogs/cats welcome - no breed or weight restrictions, maximum two pets. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. With one pet, there is a $25 monthly pet rent, with two pets there is a pet rent of $35/month.
All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application for residency. Application fee is $55/applicant. We will conduct a criminal, credit, and background check as well as verify employment and residency. We would require all occupants to make 3 times the monthly rental amount in gross income, collectively. A 630 FICO2 or higher credit score is required, and the score is pulled from Experian.
