Pool heating is available for an additional $40 per day and is required for the entire stay. Please note that during the winter season (December 21 - March 20), if the external temperature is too low, the heating may not reach expected levels. Pool maintenance is performed weekly. Guests are required to register their vehicle at the main gate to receive a car pass, with a maximum of three cars per reservation. RVs, campers, or trailers are not allowed. Guests must present a government-issued photo ID that matches the reservation name to enter the community. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. A pet fee of $175 applies for dogs, and pets must be leashed outside and never left unattended unless crated. Guests are advised to get travel insurance, especially during Hurricane Season (June 1st to November 30th).
