I have 2 rooms available in a beautiful home in Aurora! *Available April 10th. I have two rooms available in my beautiful home near Cherry Creek Reservoir. There is one room in the basement and one on the second floor available. Each has their own bathroom, closets, and storage space. Rent is $850.00 and utilities are split evenly between everyone. (~$120 per month). I am looking for a year lease, but am open to negotiation. There is currently one cat living here and she is not friendly with other cats. I also have a large dog who is a little over a year old. I prefer no more pets, but can be flexible if you are the right fit. I am a young professional that works a hybrid schedule, half in the office and half from home. I am pretty quiet during the week, but like to have friends and family over. The kitchen, main living room, upstairs living room, laundry room, backyard, and garage are all shared spaces and you'll often find us hanging out here or in the yard enjoying the beautiful space and garden. There is a guest room in the basement as well. I am looking for someone late 20s to 30s, professional, looking for a wonderful home and fun space to live. Deposit and rent are due upon move-in.
