Move-Out Procedures: The tenant must provide a 20-day written notice before moving out. The property must be left in a clean and undamaged condition to receive a full deposit refund. Noise Policy: The tenant agrees to maintain reasonable noise levels and avoid disturbances to neighbors, especially during quiet hours ([e.g., 10 PM 7 AM]). Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, including drug use or dealing, are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violations may result in immediate eviction. Garden or Lawn Maintenance: The tenant is responsible for maintaining the outdoor spaces, including watering, mowing, and weed removal, unless otherwise agreed upon.
