Available for up to 2 tenants. You are renting a private floor in a shared residence with one other quiet couple. Outdoor area is shared space and contains garden, cement open space, grass open space and access to alley. The basement is shared and contains a full washer/dryer, a machine room, materials room and large open area for ample storage. The 1st floor is shared and has a sun room, living room, dining room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath. The second floor is the private space of the couple occupying the home. The 3rd floor of this home is an open landing a large cedar pantry, 2 bedrooms and a private full bathroom (on 1st floor). Total private sq ft. is about 700 and shared space is ~1382 sq ft. in the 3,082 sq ft home. Rent is 6 months at rate of $1200/month. First month's rent and Security Deposit (1800) due upon signing of lease. No smoking of any kind inside or near buildings on property. Tenant is jointly responsible for keeping home sanitary and well maintained. Water, Garbage Collection, Electricity, and Gas are included in Rent. Pets are not allowed due to allergies of couple living in home.
