The house is split into two levels, this room is located downstairs along with one other room. Downstairs has one full bathroom shared between two bedrooms, a living room, and storage areas. Upstairs is a large shared open area with vaulted ceilings with another living room and dining areas, a large kitchen and shared half bathroom. This room is suitable for a single professional who does not work from home (bedrooms are adjacent). IF a work from home person does want the space, a private office room upstairs can be made available and added to rent. The house is located in the Eagle River Estates in Gypsum and backs to the Eagle River. It sits on 1/4 acre and includes river access. There is a small chicken coop on the property. No dogs due to there being 3 dogs on premises already. All dogs live upstairs, no dogs allowed downstairs. A cat would be fine, all dogs are good with cats anyway.
