Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for electricity & gas. Owner pays for water, sewer & garbage. No smoking allowed in the home, this includes but is not limited to: cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, bongs, etc Applications are accepted on Zillow but additional information may need to be provided: - must provide a valid government ID and social security number - must provide verifiable income via paystubs (3 consecutive months) or via 2025 tax return - must provide previous landlord contact information for verifiable rental history - must pass a criminal background check - must pass a credit check No pet(s) allowed in or on the property without prior approval and additional pet fees. No Evictions or Unlawful Detainers No Bankruptcies No Repossession's Only complete applications will be considered. Tenants are expected to pay rent on the 1st-5th of each month. Renters Insurance is required within 30 days of lease signing and must be kept the entire duration of tenancy.
