Rent and FeesMonthly Rent: $1,999.00, due on the 1st of each month via Zelle. Late Fee: If rent is not paid in full by the end of the 1st day of the month, a $50.00 fee is charged for each day the rent remains unpaid, beginning on the 2nd day. Security Deposit: $1,999.00, due via Zelle prior to the start of the lease. The deposit is returned within 14 business days after tenancy termination and written demand, minus any lawful deductions.
