We are looking for a tenant for our 1+ bedroom walkout basement apartment (it is a completely separate living space). This apartment has a private entry, its own driveway, deck area and fenced in yard and is pet friendly. It is located in a nice residential neighborhood in Somerset, WI (15 minutes from Stillwater). The apartment has a large bedroom (approximately 13 X 14) and a ton of storage space. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator and a gas stove. The apartment is approximately 1000 sq. ft. We are looking for someone who won't mind a family living upstairs and is really laid back. This unit does NOT have a laundry facility.
