Large room for rent in a spacious 2 bedroom house with a private back yard!! Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, mature and organized to rent the extra bedroom in my amazing little house in Mar Vista. The bedroom is on the larger size, shared bathroom but it's very large. Dishwasher & Washer & Dryer in the house. I have a large private backyard with a bbq grill, and storage shed that is shared with whoever rents the room. The neighborhood is great with everything you need within walking distance, restaurants, coffee, grocery, vintage, library, post office, a close drive to the freeways and 15 minutes to the beach! Block is very quiet with mostly families and houses. I work a lot and am not home that often but when I am I enjoy a quieter house. Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, I have 2 cats so has to be ok with cats. I'm a female in my 40's, the pictures of the empty room is the room for rent, large closet and windows with drawer storage under closet. Flexible with long or short term rental and move in date.
