Tenant makes own choices about cable TV and/or internet and makes arrangements themselves with Cox Communication. Water/sewer/garbage collection included, as is snow removal in driveway/parking area/walkways and landscaping; tenant provides snow removal at the private deck. No smoking of any kind is allowed at the premises (including outside of the condo itself). We can consider a dog.
