A mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups up to 12 guests, or $48 for groups of 13 or more, is collected directly by the HOA. Propane for the grill is provided by guests. Perfectly situated in Davenport, this home provides convenient access to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Disney Springs, and a variety of shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. Nearby stores, supermarkets, and Posner Park are just a short drive away. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and events are prohibited on the property. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Parking on the street is not allowed, and parking at the clubhouse is only permitted while using the facilities. Failure to observe parking rules may result in fines and towing. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing and minimizing excessive noise during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and disposing of it properly upon departure. Guests are required to report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Self check-in and self check-out are available.
