Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 AM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The home is not baby-proofed. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a choice between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Check-out time is 10 AM. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles per reservation, with up to 2 cars in the driveway and additional street parking available. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, and RVs are strictly prohibited. Parking passes are required and must be visible. Fines and towing may result from violations of parking rules. Guests are responsible for filling propane tanks for grills. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for violations of house rules.
