Lease terms

Minimum lease term is 12 months. Applicants must meet income, credit, and rental history requirements. Household gross monthly income should be at least 2 times the monthly rent. A security deposit equal to two months' rent is required for approved applicants. Qualified active-duty military members, veterans, and licensed nurses are eligible for a reduced security deposit equal to one month's rent, subject to verification. First month's rent and the applicable security deposit are due prior to move-in. This is a fully furnished, all-inclusive rental. Monthly rent includes electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all furnishings. Residents are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good condition, promptly reporting maintenance issues, replacing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries as needed, and complying with all lease terms. Property management is responsible for major maintenance and repairs. Each apartment includes two dedicated off-street parking spaces located directly in front of the building. Additional parking is subject to availability. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the apartments, on patios or balconies, and in all common areas of the property. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Breed, size, and quantity restrictions may apply. Additional pet rent and/or a pet deposit may be required. Open house dates will be announced as apartments become available. Private tours are available by appointment. As the property transitions from successful short-term rentals to long-term residences, availability may vary based on existing reservations.
