The current configuration has queen beds in two bedrooms, a large suite with a pull-out couch in the primary bedroom. The owner is willing to add twin bunk beds if desired by tenant. Home sleeps 8.
Lease term available through May 30, 2026.
Wildlife is frequent at all times of the year with waterfowl in the summer, "Melanie" the muskrat all year round, and frequently moose in the backyard in winter.
Tenant is responsible for utilities. Garage space is not included but may be considered for the right tenant.
One month's deposit plus, first and last month's rent is due at the time of booking in the form of a cashier's check. Renters insurance is required.
Small dogs may be considered for an additional pay deposit and monthly fee. No cats.
Absolutely no smoking.
