Lease Duration: Flexible lease terms available from 6 months to 12 months Smoking Policy: No smoking permitted inside the unit or on the premises Parking: 2 assigned parking spaces included with the rental Pet Registration required and $50.00 one time fee Tenant Responsibilities Tenants are expected to maintain the property in a clean and well-kept condition throughout the duration of the lease. Responsibilities include: Keeping the unit clean, sanitary, and free of excessive clutter Performing routine housekeeping, including kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas Properly disposing of trash and not allowing buildup of garbage or odors Promptly cleaning any spills, stains, or messes to prevent damage Maintaining appliances, fixtures, and surfaces in good condition through regular use and basic care Avoiding activities that could cause damage, pest issues, or unsanitary conditions Reporting maintenance issues in a timely manner to prevent further damage Failure to maintain cleanliness or comply with property rules may result in additional cleaning charges or lease violations, as outlined in the lease agreement.
