$1,175 for a single room in a 2 bed apartment. Dishwasher. Free laundry in basement. First two photos are of the bedroom; it's currently being used as an office. There's a separate kitchen, dining area, and living room. We also share a porch and a small backyard with our upstairs neighbor's. Available 5/1-6/1 (flexible) for a 1 year lease. NO FEE. Utilities: We share the cost of gas and electricity; it's been $75-150 per person. Internet: $35 / person. My last roommate and I also split the cost of a once a month cleaning, which came out to $80 a person. They do the entire house, including both bedrooms, vacuum, do the floors, scrub toilets, etc. Negotiable, but I'd like to continue with this. About me: 30s female. I work in Cambridge on a hybrid schedule, so I'm in the office 2 days a week and work from home 3 days a week. Generally like to keep the apartment pretty quiet and chill; in the evenings I read, play video games, or watch TV.
