Lease terms

All adults age 18 or older who will reside in the home must complete a rental application and be listed on the lease. 12 month lease required Applicants should have a combined verifiable gross monthly income equal to at least three times their portion of the monthly rent. All lawful and verifiable sources of income are considered. A credit score of approximately 650 or higher is preferred. Overall credit history, payment history, income, rental history and other relevant qualifications will also be considered. Applicants must have satisfactory rental history and no unresolved balances owed to previous landlords. Renters insurance must be maintained throughout the lease term. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Tenant is responsible for all applicable utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. A $350 refundable pet deposit per pet. Assistance animals are not considered pets, and pet deposits or pet rent do not apply to approved assistance animals. All occupants, vehicles and pets must be disclosed and approved before move-in. The property is offered in compliance with federal, state and local fair-housing laws. First month's rent, the security deposit and any applicable pet deposit are due before move-in.
