Sunny bedroom available in clean 4 bedroom apartment.… Roommates are pretty quiet introverts, some neurospicy, different races, some queer, all early career folk with day jobs, one getting his graduate degree while working. New roommate can be any stripe but we're really looking for a good vibe fit with the current crew. This is a set of folk who've been getting along well for over a year and we want a respectful roommate who will be a positive addition to the scene.
The room and apartment itself are in a great location, smack in the middle of the east side, very walkable to Brown and all Thayer street amenities, RISD, Hope St. restaurants, Main St. Whole Foods, the Amtrak station, and downcity areas. Super easy to live carfree here if you want, less than a block to the bus stop too, or easy street parking if you have a car.
Landlord lives in the building, and we hear that this unit is very well tended compared to many in the same range. Big front porch you can hang out on, big yard if you want to garden or have a fire in the firepit. Tenants are also welcome to use the backyard grill and picnic table. All common areas are furnished -- there is even the option of leaving this room furnished too if desired. Hardwood floors throughout unit, bathroom upgraded, you have the option of adding an AC unit at your own expense if you want it in your room. Building has oversized south facing windows and is set back from others so it's especially sunny. First floor apartment, second floor neighbors are also quiet and respectful.
