Lease terms & policies: Lease duration: 12-month lease, then converts to month-to-month (30-day written notice to end). Rent: $1,800/month + $200/month flat utilities ALL utilities included: electric, gas, water, sewer, internet, and trash. Move-in cost: first month's rent + $1,800 refundable security deposit. Parking: Two dedicated off-street parking spaces included. For operable, registered passenger vehicles only no vehicle repairs, no RVs/boats/trailers, and please keep the shared driveway and private entrance clear. Tenant maintenance responsibilities: Keep the unit clean and sanitary; use appliances and fixtures properly; promptly report any leak, water intrusion, or moisture/mold (important in a lower-level unit); don't disable smoke/CO detectors; and replace your own light bulbs. The tenant keeps their private entrance stairwell and walkway clear of snow and ice. No yard work required. The landlord handles all major systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances), the yard/landscaping, and snow/ice removal for the shared driveway and parking area. Occupancy: up to 4 people. Included perk: landlord arranges and pays for professional cleaning about twice a year. Renter's insurance required. Available now move-in ready.
