Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric, gas, water/sewer, trash, and any other services connected to the property. One-year lease term required. No pets preferred. Pets are not permitted; however, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior written approval from landlord and may include an additional pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent. Tenant is responsible for all yard maintenance, including lawn care and snow removal. A lawn care and snow removal service package is available for a monthly service fee, which can be added to the monthly rent if tenant prefers not to handle exterior maintenance. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the interior of the property in clean and sanitary condition during the lease term. No smoking permitted inside the property. Standard screening requirements apply, including background, credit, and income verification. Income should be approximately 2.5 3x the monthly rent. Security deposit and first month's rent are due prior to move-in.
