About a great roommate: * Professional, mature, low-impact kind of person. * Respectful of common areas by cleaning up after her/himself. * Financially viable -- pays rent on time. * Friendly, easy to get along with, and thoughtful * Respect other person's privacy and working schedule. A little about us: We are young professional women who work in Stockton. ( working house now) Minimum one-year lease with a 1-month deposit. No Pets and smokers.
