Access is through the alley with private -on property- parking. No smoking. Parking is available for one vehicle only. Rent is $900 per month. Security Deposit is $900. Renter is responsible for all utilities (Electric and Water). An application from the landlord will be issued even if an online application is completed. The application is attached to the rental agreement.

A concrete ramp is located at the end of the porch. Other rentals on the property are occupied by seniors. This house is Ideal for ONE person. It features a full kitchen with undercabinet lighting, new frig and new stove. The home has central ac/heat and the bedroom allows for a queen or king size bed. As well, the unit has a washer/dryer and the bath includes the tub/shower with tile surround. It's comfortable and easy to maintain with the ceramic tile flooring. Note the ceiling fans and room for all your furniture. The windows are covered with Levelor blinds, so you can 'let the sun shine in' or close them for your resting time. You are welcome to drive by as access is down the alley off Freemont between Curtis and Biddle. Let me know what you think. I do require the property application to be filled out prior to tours-it just saves time for both of us. Thank you for viewing. Renter pays all utilities (water, electric, trash-no gas). Yard maintenance is included for consistent outside upkeep. It's easy, enjoyable, quiet and private. The home is located close to Safeway, Ace Hardware, and downtown Willcox as well as doctors and other medical facilities.
