In addition to being next door to the Missouri Botanical Garden and Tower Grove Park, you will be just minutes from Downtown St. Louis, The Central West End, The Grove, St. Louis Ballpark Village, the St. Louis Cardinal Baseball Stadium, St. Louis University, Washington University, The Cortex, St. Louis City Zoo, Washington University Hospital, St. Louis University Hospital, not to mention Shaw's very own boutique restaurants, ice cream parlor and retail shops. And yes the City just installed a dedicated bike path known as the Tower Grove Connector, aptly named because the path (once completed) will run almost 2 miles, from Tower Grove Park all the way to the Cortex. Even if you're not a cyclist, you will still enjoy the walkway and the ambience. MISCELLANEOUS We have off-street parking. There is limited storage space in the basement. Your utilities will include gas, electric, cable (optional) and internet (optional). We pay for water, sewer, and trash. The application fee is just $75, (just one fee) which covers all those who are applying for this apartment. The security deposit equals one month's rent. PETS ARE WELCOME at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
